What a great day! I thought it was wonderful course, well paced and thought out. At the end of the day I didn't just have a booklet of recipies I had the ability to create or adapt my own. With an understanding of how the whole process of breadmaking works, I can now identify where things can go wrong and what can be done. Thanks again for a wonderful day!Janet
Thank-you for another super baking day on Saturday! The relaxed style and the small group teaching are perfect for helping us to try to improve our skills. As before, I learnt a lot and have already baked two batches of sourdough which have put my previous efforts to shame. They taste delicious!
