Thank-you for another super baking day on Saturday! The relaxed style and the small group teaching are perfect for helping us to try to improve our skills. As before, I learnt a lot and have already baked two batches of sourdough which have put my previous efforts to shame. They taste delicious!

Really enjoyed it today, everything sampled and I think a raisin and cinnamon loaf will be made once basic stocks in hand as it went down well with a nice cuppa. The white bread has such a nice flavour too miles better than any made in the breadmachine which may well be now redundant. Thank you 🙂
